At Riley's, we don't send outside contractors to bring you your furniture. We have our own dedicated in-house team of Professional Delivery Personnel and Coordinators trained to carefully get your new purchase into your home in a safe and timely manner, so you can start enjoying your upgraded style and comfort ASAP!

Riley's delivery fee covers a truly full service experience, wherein our Professionals will fully assemble and place your items inside your home just where you want them. Our Delivery Team can also move old pieces our of the way on a one-for-one basis for each new item being delivered. Movement of Antiques or generally fragile items may require a waiver be signed if deemed necessary by the Delivery Team at their discretion.

For our Bedding Customers, Riley’s Delivery Team can relocate your old Bedding inside your home or relocate your old Bedding to your garage for storage. Riley’s Delivery Team is unable to remove old Bedding from your place of residence in our Delivery vehicles to prevent the risk of cross-contamination between any customer's old bedding and your new items, but our Team can bag your old Bedding and take it to the curb for trash pickup, ensuring you don't have to life a finger throughout the delivery process. If needed, Riley’s can also provide a list of local non-profit charities in the area which can potentially provide pickup of gently used items for donation to benefit the local community.
