Riley's "WHITE GLOVE" Professional Delivery!
Riley’s employs a TEAM of Professional Delivery Personnel and Coordinators trained to carefully get your new purchase into your home in a timely manner for you to begin your enjoyment!
For the nominal cost of our Delivery Fee, Riley’s will fully assemble and place your items inside your home just where you want them. Our Delivery Team will also move one additional item in the same room for each item being delivered. Movement of Antiques or FRAGILE items may require a waiver be signed if deemed necessary by the Delivery Team at their discretion.
For our Bedding Customer; Riley’s will also relocate your Bedding inside your home on the same floor items are being delivered and/or relocate your old Bedding to your curb or garage for storage. Unfortunately Riley’s Delivery Team is unable to remove old Bedding from your place of residence in our Delivery vehicles. If needed, Riley’s can provide a list of local non-profit charities in a 15-mile radius of Monroe which will normally provide pickup of donated items to benefit the local community and possible provide a tax benefit to you for the donation.
Riley’s insures total satisfaction with our White-Glove Delivery Service or we guarantee to make it right! Simply call your Sales Specialist or our Customer Satisfaction Specialist on our Delivery Team and they will do whatever it takes to correct the issue at 513-539-7307!
