Riley’s wants you to have furniture in your home that you Love, not furniture you regret buying.

At Riley’s Furniture you will find “Love It or Return It” one of the best return policies in the industry. If, within 31 days of receipt or delivery of your product, you find that you are unhappy with or there are problems with your product, you can return it for an exchange or full store credit. This applies to both “stocking items” and “custom orders”.

If you purchased a “custom order” piece, we do not charge a “re-stocking” fee. Our expert room specialists take the time to advise so you will be thrilled with the items customized just for you. All your questions or concerns prior to purchasing a custom item will be answered by your sales associate. They will help guide you to the most comfortable choice for you!
