Due to continued growth, Riley's Furniture and Mattress Gallery is looking for Home Furnishing's Team Members to create the ultimate shopping experience for our Guests!
- Riley's is seeking Sales Professionals who have a sincere interest in making the Guest “Experience” the best it can be!
- Riley's Non-Commissioned Sales Team insures there is no pressure to create a large invoice; but is designed to only provide the items the Guest needs and agrees will enhance their Home!
- While Furniture or Home Furnishing's experience might be beneficial, Riley's is looking for good pleasant people with a great smile who can professionally interact with our Guests!
- Whether experience exists or new to the industry, Riley's has an extensive training program to share reasons why Riley's is successful! The “Riley's Way” really does make the difference!
- Upon completion of Training, the Specialist will be paired with a veteran of Riley's until we know they are ready to assist our Guests!

Furniture Driver/Helper and Warehouse Team Members
Riley's Furniture and Mattress Gallery -- Monroe, Ohio
Riley's Just purchased another Delivery Truck due to its growth and is looking for a Delivery Team and Warehouse Team members to support the additional workload!
- The appearance of both the Delivery Team members as well as the Warehouse Team is critical as each of these represents Riley's to our Guests at one time or another!
- Appearance and Attitude are at the top of our priority list of requirements.
- Delivery Drivers MUST have a good driving record to be insured by our insurance company.
- CDL license is NOT required.
- The styling of Furniture and Mattresses are ever-evolving and often creates exceptionally HEAVY LIFTING, sometimes with the need to navigate steps and stairways.
- Respect to our Customers and their property as well as the product being delivered is a critical characteristic required to work at Riley's!
- Starting Pay rate varies by position but ranges between $15-$18 per hour.
- Experienced Furniture/Large Appliance Delivery Drivers may qualify for additional compensation.
